"Honestly words can't describe the love I have for the Henderson Flash and the city of Henderson. This was the start to what I consider the greatest baseball journey possible. The coaches set the bar high for me as to what a coach should be. My host family Grammy and Poppy Farmer were the best. There is not a single thing I can say other than thank you for the opportunity to have been able to be apart of the inaugural season for what will always be family, home, and a great place to play. For those reading looking to play and finding collegiate summer ball this is a place you need to consider playing and area to play. Much love"

"My 2 summers spent with the Henderson Flash were incredible. The summer was great in part due to the flash organization being committed to excellence. It starts at the top with Clay leading by example and always showing full commitment to the organization and to the players. The coaches commitment to player development and winning games are great for an atmosphere of growth in all areas of like and baseball. I also always felt at home with my host family who welcomed me to their dinner (and dessert) table, church family, and man cave. And of course the Flash faithful fans who came out and supported us all summer long. I'm thankful for my time spent in Henderson and my summer baseball experience in the OVL, Go Flash!"

"Playing for the Flash was an honor. I've never been on another team that could watch the energy or grind that we had on the Flash. It all started with out coaches (JD Arndt and Brandon Mattingly). It was so easy to wake up and give everything we had for those guys because that's what they gave us. This experience was not only with the coaches and teammates but with everyone else involved. Clay Bolin did everything possible to make our summers great, from awesome meals to one heck of a firework show on Independence Day! On top of the teammates, coaches, and others that helped, the fans were outstanding. Our games were packed and it was pretty awesome having young players looking up to us while we were playng. I did not have a host family since I live close but the 40 minute drive back and forth every single day was well worth it. Playing for the Flash was my favorite baseball experience!"

"Playing for the Flash changed my life for forever, I not only made a lot of new friends I found family along the way. Truly changed my outlook on baseball and how it should feel. It was a wonderful experience and a blessing to be able to call myself a former Henderson Flash collegiate player. My host family the Wallace family will forever be apart of my life as I got to create relationships with them and their children, that I will forever cherish. If you need a home away from home, then become a part of the Henderson Flash, no better OVL team to be a part of. Thank you Clay for letting me come and be apart of not only a team, but a family! #30"

"My time with the Henderson Flash was a turning point in my career. JD and Coach Mattingly gave me the confidence and guidance that I needed to reach my potential. The community in Henderson really made it feel like home as well. The Flash have repeatedly brought in great groups of guys thatch play the game at a high level. Playing for the Flash is an experience you will forever be thankful for!"

"Summer collegiate baseball with the Flash was some of the most fun I had during my entire college baseball career. In addition to exciting competition, a summer with the Flash helped me make memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to the Grace family for your love, kindness and generosity, and thank you to Clay and the organization for the opportunity to have such a special summer. I will always be grateful for my Flash Family."

"Playing for the Henderson Flash was one of the best experiences of my baseball career. I made so many friends in the two summers I spent in KY. Kevin & Kathy Patton took Nolan and I in and treated us as family, made sure we were well fed, and are as genuine as it gets. There are so many awesome people within the Flash family that have impacted me. JD is the most selfless coach I have ever had and get the best out of every player!"

"I will be forever grateful for the 2 seasons I was able to spend in Henderson. The community there is truly unmatched. After not playing baseball my freshman year it was my first real experience in college baseball. I was able to develop as a player and a person. JD is the type of coach who never wants any recognition and truly cares about his players. I believe that he stands out as a coach because of his authenticity and approachability. Any player with the opportunity to spend a summer in Henderson should take it. In a single summer coaches becomes mentors for life and teammates turn into family."
